Alongside my work in leading design teams, coaching current and future design leaders and occasionally writing and talking about design leadership, I also engage with companies who are looking for some outside advice relating to their design function and the design of their products. This might be related to making the first design hire in a startup, investigating tooling options, or considering complex organisational design decisions as part of the scaling process. It might be running proposition design discovery processes, working through complex feature design challenges, or working on design roadmaps.
